My name is Tremayne Moncrief better known as Trey to my friends and clients. I am lover of all things nostalgic. One of my favorite past times is listening to what is referred to as 70's, 80's, and 90's music .

My first love is my God. Second is family and the third would be doing anything physical. I have been an athlete or around athletics my entire life. I have been an IT/Supply Chain professional for 20+ years, but my passion has always been athletics and fitness. Discovering new training techniques and modifying classic movements to improve performance bring me joy. I have been training since I was 15 years old and now that I am in my mid 40's I understand that each phase of life requires a different approach to training.

With all that being said I learned one thing that has always rung true regardless your stage in life, and that is to "NEVER STOP MOVING"!

Here at State of Flow we offer several in-person and/or online training programs to help you reach your fitness goals. Our in-person and online training programs are tailor-designed for each individual client based on their needs and desires. Each workout is created to challenge you but not destroy you. Remember the key to the next workout is the ability from the last workout.
